22 Riccardo Montolivo
Riccardo Montolivo began his professional career at Atalanta in 2003, after playing for the youth side there. He signed with Fiorentina in 2005 and has enjoyed some top performances. He was appointed as club captain in early 2010.
Montolivo played for the Italy under-21 squad from 2004-07. He was included in Italy's provisional squad for Euro 2008 but was excluded from the final list for the tournament. He scored one goal in the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games.
Montolivo is well known for his long range shooting and intelligent midfield play. He also claimed his first Azzurri cap against Bafana Bafana back in 2007, a game the Italians won 2-0.
