17 Angelo Palombo
Angelo Palombo made his professional debut for Fiorentina in 2001, but played only 10 games before joining Sampdoria in 2002, where he has become the first-choice central midfielder.
He was part of the Italy Under-21 team that won the 2004 European Under-21 Championships and bronze at the 2004 Summer Olympics. He made his senior team debut as a substitute in the 2-0 defeat to Croatia in August 2006.
