11 David Suazo
David Suazo impressed enough in just ten appearances for Honduran giants Olimpia that Serie A club Cagliari snapped him up in 1999. Suazo gave Cagliari eight years of loyal service, playing 255 games, and scoring 95 goals.
In 2007 he earned a dream move to Italian giants Inter Milan, where he played 29 matches before moving to Benfica on a season-long loan. Suazo earned his first call-up for the Honduras national team at age 20. He has since made 49 appearances, and scored 15 goals.
