3 Ashley Cole
Ashley Cole started his career at Arsenal and scored eight goals in 156 appearances between 1998 and 2006. He was a firm favourite at Highbury, but in August of 2006 he switched allegiances to west London and Chelsea, and made his debut against Charlton on September 9.
Solid on defence and always a threat on attack with his blistering pace, Cole played at national Under-20 and Under-21 level before making the step up to the seniors.
He made his debut for the Three Lions in March 2001 and played in the 2002 World Cup, Euro 2004 and the 2006 World Cup in Germany.
Cole was famously married to Girls Aloud singer Cheryl Tweedy, but the couple are now separated.
