Mark Schwarzer is an Australian international goalkeeper that signed for Fulham in May 2008, after his contract at Middlesbrough had expired - ending an 11-year association with the Teeside club.
Schwarzer began his career with his native side Marconi Stallions before spells at Dynamo Dresden and Kaiserslautern in Germany. He spent a season at Bradford City before he made his move to Middlesbrough, where he made 367 appearances.
Schwarzer made his international debut in a 1994 World Cup qualifier against Canada - coming on as a 17th minute substitute and duly saving two penalties.
