Siyabonga Sangweni
Sangweni won a first call-up in an experimental Bafana squad for the Cosafa Castle Cup mini-tournament in Swaziland in May 2007.
He joined Golden Arrows in 2005 and has been a consistent performer for them ever since, only missing matches in the last five seasons through injury or suspension.
The centre-back is an excellent reader of the game and his physical attributes and aerial ability make him a strong contender for a starting berth at the World Cup finals.
He scored his first Bafana goal from a corner in the 1-1 draw with Bulgaria in May.
