Mokoena: Situation is scary

Aaron Mokoena admits "everyone at the club is worried" after Portsmouth failed to pay their players' wages for January.
The English Championship club were issued with a winding-up petition by Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs – the most serious action that can be taken against a complany in the UK, usually leading to compulsory liquidation of the company.
Portsmouth's parent company, Convers Sports Initiatives, entered administration in November, forcing the club to search for new owners.
The club's bank accounts have also been frozen, and administrator Andrew Andronikou has revealed the club have missed two tax payments of £800,000 (+/- R9.8-million).
Portsmouth have released a statement confirming that they are seeking a court order to have their bank accounts unfrozen, "so that staff wages and suppliers can be paid", which they expect to take "a few days".
In order to keep using their bank account, the club will have to prove that their creditors, Balram Chainrai and Alexandre Gaydamak, will be better off by them doing so.
Mokoena, who has made 16 appearances for the club this season, tells ITV Sport: "It's a scary feeling at the moment, everyone at the club is worried, I have to be honest.
"The fact that there's always been problems year after year is a serious concern and is a serious problem for everyone involved at the club," the former Bafana Bafana captain says. "At the moment it's even worse as we don't really know what's happening or what is going to happen."
Mokoena says all he and his teammates can do is win games, "and hopefully that can open doors to people with money or business people to come and invest at the club.
"We need a solid investor in the club, a person who will come and make sure that the passionate supporters get what they deserve, the players get what they deserve. Take our staff, we are all in one, we love the club, we want to do something for the club but we need a bit of a boost."
Portsmouth are 16th on the Championship table (out of 24), and have managed four wins and two draws in their last 10 matches. Mokoena says new manager Michael Appleton is turning things around on the pitch: "He's managed to put the squad together in difficult circumstances that tells you a lot about this man.
"Being managed by such a person says a lot and now results are saying it all, we think we can go on to win many more games."
